You've probably noticed that most web design companies don't include any actual pricing information on their web sites. This is because every project is different, and no two projects will take the same amount of time, energy, level of expertise, or amount of creativity to complete.

    While it's nearly impossible to give a simple blanket response on how much any given project might cost, we do feel that it's probably still a good idea to give you at least some idea of our pricing structure. We bill many of our services at about $75.00 an hour, however some services are more skill and labor intensive than others, and our prices need to reflect those issues accordingly.

    If this sort of pricing seems somewhat extravagant or overwhelming to you, it may help to think of things this way: we may cost more than the $499 website specials, but we also cost a lot less than the larger design firms in the area. We don't want to give our clients the sort of cookie cutter, fit everyone into the same box nonsense that comes with the bargain-basement discount web design philosophy, but we also don't try to add costs to our projects unnecessarily like many of the large design firms seem to.

    The same sort of site that costs between $8,000 and $12,000 at a large design firm usually only costs around $3,500 for us to complete. This is because we don't have the large overhead of a fancy downtown building to content with, we don't charge for every phone call and email that gets made between us and our clients, and we understand that a personalized website doesn't have to cost as much as moderately priced used car as long as the project is well thought out right from the start.

    At this time we can accept either cash or checks, however we are working on being able to take either credit or debit cards as well. If you would prefer to pay us using the latter method, please let us know as we should be able to accommodate your request in the near future.

    If you feel as though we might be the right design company for you, but you're still worried about how to pay for a project on your current budget, we may be able to help. We're currently in the process of putting together a payment plan where our clients will be able to pay approximately 20% of the overall project cost upfront, and then pay the rest of the project off in monthly installments during a period of either 3, 6, 9, or 12 months. There will be a small additional processing fee for this service, but the cost of the fee should not exceed 5% of the overall bill.
